A Personal Note from Jamie
I have been a paralegal for eleven years and I can honestly say that I love what I do. This is my career of choice and I have a real passion for it. I obtained my paralegal degree in 2003, while working as a paralegal for a small Plaintiff's law firm in Indianapolis. During my six-year tenure at that firm, I gained extensive experience in the areas of personal injury, employment law, asbestos litigation and complex class actions.
I started working for The Nice Law Firm in 2003, as a paralegal for Robert Nice and his associates. Since joining the firm, I have had the opportunity to work from the defense perspective and to increase my knowledge in the areas of real estate, the formation of new corporations and LLCs, and legal malpractice. I continue to work in the area of general litigation and from the Plaintiff's side on our firm's personal injury and legal malpractice cases. In 2007, I became the firm's Office Manager and I continue to work in that capacity.
As you can see from my experience, I am ready, willing and able to act as your liaison throughout the legal process. It is the part of my job that I enjoy most - working with our clients. Helping to streamline communication and processes is an essential part of my job. I look forward to establishing a working relationship with you.
On a more personal note, I enjoy spending time with my fiancé, Christopher and our young son, when I am out of the office. Family is very important to me and I truly feel that I have the best of both worlds in terms of family and career.
